ДИНАМІКА СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОЇ РЕЗИЛЬЄНТНОСТІ НАСЕЛЕННЯ УКРАЇНИ ПІД ЧАС ВІЙНИ

Анотація

Війна руйнує нормальні умови життя на всіх соціальних рівнях від країни загалом до окремої людини. Мобілізація соціально-психологічних ресурсів резильєнтності допомагає населенню протистояти негативним впливам воєнної доби. Попри значну увагу до підтримки психологічної стійкості на індивідуальному рівні, колективна резильєнтність українського соціуму досліджена недостатньо. Соціально-психологічний підхід акцентує увагу на цьому виді резильєнтності, що виявляє себе у здатності спільноти успішно долати труднощі. Проблема дослідження колективної резильєнтності ускладнюється під час війни, коли травмуючі обставини є реальністю теперішнього часу, а не локалізовані у минулому. Метою дослідження є виявлення особливостей функціонування колективної стійкості впродовж майже трьох років повномасштабної війни. Об рано підхід до колективної стійкості на основі акцентування спільної соціальної ідентичності під час війни. Новизна дослідження полягає в фіксації змін колективної стійкості під впливом війни на основі порівняння даних соціологічного моніторингу «Українське суспільство» Інституту соціології НАН України, отриманих у 2021—2024 рр. На основі загальнонаукових методів порівняння, узагальнення, аналогії, а також методів описової статистики та кореляційного аналізу простежено динаміку основних параметрів колективної стійкості та визначено ключові чинники, які забезпечують здатність населення підтримувати нормальне життєздійснення в екстремальних умовах. Обчислення здійснені за допомогою пакета IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Проведений аналіз підтвердив, що головним чинником підтримки колективної резильєнтності стала інтенсифікація переживання національно-громадянської ідентичності, що ґрунтується на почутті приналежності до спільноти. Підтверджено дію таких складових колективної стійкості як позитивне бачення майбутнього, соціальна підтримка, віра у здатність досягати бажаних цілей, довіра до влади та віра у лідера спільноти. Зафіксовано сталу тенденцію до послаблення колективної резильєнтності у 2024 р.: чинники підтримки продовжують діяти, але ефективність їхнього впливу зменшується.
